Contact us

Both inboxes are monitored by a human. You do not need a SaltRiders account to write to either one.

We aim to answer support email within two business days. Safety reports are acted on promptly — typically within 24 hours — and consequential account decisions are made by a person, never by automation.

Report something unsafe or abusive

Inside the app, every profile, session, crew message, and listing has a Report option, and you can block any member from the same place. Blocking takes effect immediately and hides you from each other across the whole app. We act on reports promptly — typically within 24 hours. If you cannot get into the app, email safety@saltriders.com and describe what you saw; you do not need an account to email us.

Trouble signing in

Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to get a reset link. If the confirmation or reset email never arrives, check spam first, then email support@saltriders.com from the address you signed up with. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, tell us the private relay address Apple shows you in Settings → Sign in with Apple.

Get a copy of your data, or delete your account

Both live in the app under Settings → Your data: export sends you the full record we hold, and delete is immediate and permanent. If you cannot sign in, see the account deletion page for how to ask us to do it for you.

A booking, a payment, or a listing

Message the other member from the listing or booking first — most of it sorts itself out there. If it does not, email support@saltriders.com with the order and we will look at it. Marketplace listings and lessons are offered by members, not by SaltRiders; the Terms set out where that line sits.

Something in the app is broken

Email support@saltriders.com with your device, iOS version, and what you were doing. Screenshots help. The app sends anonymous crash reports, so a defect is often already visible to us — but a description of what you expected is the part we cannot get from a crash log.

Who operates SaltRiders

SaltRiders is operated by Cogvera Labs Pty Ltd. These pages and the service are governed by the laws of Western Australia. The same contact details serve as our trader contact under the EU Digital Services Act.
